Living Wholeheartedly
A Retreat based on the Work of Dr. Brené Brown
January 10-12, 2025
Based on the transformative work of Dr. Brené Brown, this intimate retreat offers a sacred space to explore the pathways to authentic living through shame resilience, vulnerability, and emotional awareness. Over the course of the carefully curated weekend, you'll be guided through experiential workshops, reflective practices, and meaningful conversations that invite you to show up fully for yourself and others.
In our fast-paced world, we rarely pause to examine the patterns that hold us back from meaningful connection. This retreat creates that pause – a gentle yet powerful opportunity to understand our emotional landscape and develop the courage to live wholeheartedly.
Through evidence-based practices and compassionate inquiry, we'll explore:
The anatomy of shame and proven strategies for building resilience
The power of vulnerability as a catalyst for genuine connection
Self-compassion practices that transform our inner dialogue
Emotional agility tools for navigating life's challenges with grace
Location
In the beautiful mountains of North Carolina. The Horse Shoe Farm is an 85-acre boutique farm-stay with on site spa, restaurant, recreation activities, and beautifully restored spaces for luxury accommodations.
